Could it be that Dani Alves was innocent?
Spain’s ‘El Prgorma de Ama Rosa’ said on the 12th (Korean time) that Dani Alves, a victim fighting a trial over sexual assault, issued a public statement.
Alves was arrested on December 31 last year after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in the bathroom of a nightclub in Barcelona. A Spanish court rejected Alves’ application for bail and ordered her detained. He is being held in a prison outside Barcelona.
Alves, who had been collected, made several requests for bail to the Spanish courts, but all were rejected. His wife, Joanna Sanz, and his family were also ignoring Alves. However, Alves continues to plead his innocence.
Alves admitted to having sex with the woman, but claims it was consensual. He said, “I was in the bathroom and 메이저놀이터 she said the woman came up to me and she suddenly had intercourse. She neither refused nor accepted. I am a victim. It’s unfair,” he said.
Here, the victim also reversed his statement differently from the beginning. “It is true that I followed Alves to the bathroom. We kissed several times,” he said in a statement.
The victim defended herself, saying, “I don’t want to talk publicly about what happened. If you look at the CCTV, you’ll think I came along voluntarily, and I don’t think anyone will believe it.”
