BBC: Chelsea progress in negotiations with Pochettino

Pochettino’s move to Chelsea is getting closer.

Britain’s ‘BBC’ reported on April 25 (Korean time) that “Chelsea have progressed in negotiations with former manager Mauricio Pochettino.”

According to the media, further negotiations are needed to confirm the manager’s appointment, but Pochettino wants to go to Chelsea and the Chelsea leadership also wants a quick contract.

Pochettino is taking a break after leaving Paris Saint-Germain in 2022. Pochettino, who had achieved notable achievements such as reaching the 2018-2019 UEFA Champions League final with Tottenham in the past, did not live up to expectations at PSG. The Champions League round of 16 and the Coupe de France round of 16, led by PSG, which is lined with ‘superstars’ such as Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Lionel Messi, are disappointing results. 카지노

Pochettino has been courted by big clubs, nonetheless. Previously, former Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann and former Spain national team coach Luis Enrique were reported to have had talks with Chelsea, but Chelsea’s choice is expected to be Pochettino.

Chelsea sacked manager Graeme Porter in March and are currently spending the season under interim manager Frank Lampard.

Chelsea, which continues to be sluggish even under the Lampard system, is 11th in the league with 39 points from 31 league games, 10 wins, 9 draws and 12 losses.
