In the top of the fifth, he gave up a single to left to Park Seung-wook, but thwarted the steal attempt to strand the runner. He then struck out Kim Min-soo to end the inning.
The sixth inning was the most difficult. Hwang Sung-bin grounded out to first base, but gave up a double to left-center to Ko Seung-min. Yoon Dong-hee singled up the middle to put runners on first and third, but Jeon Jun-woo struck out the side to end the inning.
Won remained untouched in the seventh, striking out Rex, getting Ahn Chi-hong to ground out to third and Yoo Kang-nam to ground out in front of the pitcher.
